Rabbit Hole Booking are proud to present Macka.B and the Roots Ragga Band live at The Fleece on the 16th of October for a special Medical Monday reggae jam! With a mission of spreading good vibes, peaceful messages and positivity, and a warm-up from the infectious Tree House Fire , the hilarious Macka.B performing in the musical hub of Bristol is not to be missed! The UK DJ and Reggae legend has toured all corners of the Globe over the last 30 years, and has an impressive collection of over 17 studio albums featuring a host of renowned sound systems and roots artists – and he continues to release records today, with Reggaeville describing him as “one of the UK’s most influential singjays”. He’s made an international name for himself in both Roots Reggae and Soundsystem culture, whilst also becoming an internet sensation with his motivational and lifestyle teaching youtube videos; featuring the weekly “Medical Mondays” and “Wha Ma Eat Wednesdays”. The humorous and influential lyricist will be joined by the Roots Ragga Band for a fantastic night of reggae music.

Support will be provided by Tree House Fire, a 5-piece reggae/dub band that play their own style of upbeat, catchy songs with infectious hooks, soothing grooves and stomping beats, tailor-made to get you moving! The popularity of this Welsh band has seen them share the stage with the likes of The Skints, Sonic Boom Six, Jaya the Cat, The Beat, The Selecter and New York ska legends The Toasters, along with numerous festival appearances including the UK’s largest reggae and ska festival, Boomtown Fair, alongside established acts such as Damian Marley, Madness, Cat Empire and Anthony B, to name a few. For a one-off Medical Monday special celebrating reggae in all it’s glory, join Macka.B & the Roots Ragga Band and Tree House Fire at 7.30pm at The Fleece on the 16th of October 2017!
