Brutus return for their biggest Bristol headline to date!!
The band – Stefanie, Stijn & Peter – mixes black metal blast beats with math rock flourishes and ethereal post rock tones to hardcore punk levels of speed and energy, all laced with pure pop melodies, as demonstrated on their stunning, Hassle Records / Sargent House released albums; 2017’s ‘Burst’ and 2019’s ‘Nest’.
‘Nest’, their sensational and acclaimed sophomore album, is popping up on AOTY lists everywhere, incl. REVOLVER Magazine and Stereogum, and has racked up new fans the world over.
They have toured extensively throughout 2017-19, playing with the likes of Thrice, Chelsea Wolfe, Russian Circles and Cult of Luna, as well as being invited by Deftones to perform at their annual Dia De Los Festival.
