This page is designed to inform everybody who comes to The Fleece on what we can offer customers who may have particular requirements.

Bookings and Ticketing
If you have accessibility requirements and wish to attend a show at The Fleece, please contact us prior to purchase or arriving via our contact us page, email: info@thefleece.co.uk. We offer a complimentary ticket for personal assistants.
PERSONAL ASSISTANCE TICKETING SCHEME: We understand that our guests with accessibility requirements may need to have someone with them, and that’s why we offer a 2 for 1 Ticket Policy for personal assistants accompanying individuals with accessibility needs. To arrange this, simply send an email to info@thefleece.co.uk or use the contact form on our website.
It’s essential that you let us know if you require a personal assistant pass as soon as you purchase your ticket. Our accessible seating area has limited space, and we strive to accommodate everyone’s needs. However, please be aware that if you don’t inform us far enough in advance, we may not be able to provide a personal assistant pass due to space restrictions.
We want everyone to enjoy their experience at The Fleece, so please contact us as soon as possible, ideally at the time of purchasing your ticket, to ensure that we can provide the necessary accommodations for you.
Access
GETTING TO THE FLEECE: Street parking is available immediately outside the venue and in the surrounding streets from 6pm – Midnight Mon-Sun. There is plenty of parking available for Disabled Badge holders.
We are located just a short 0.5 miles walk from the city centre (The Galleries), a 0.5 miles walk from Temple Meads train station and a 0.7 miles walk from Bristol Bus Station, which can be accessed through the city centre.
The closest bus stop to us is 80 meters away on Victoria Street, most route buses can be accessed here.
INTO THE FLEECE: The venue is situated on an old cobbled street with pave stone sidewalks, which in some places can be uneven. The entrance to The Fleece has a small lip (no higher than 10mm) into the main doorway.
INSIDE THE FLEECE: There are no steps or lips anywhere in the venue but we do have a historic flagstone floor which can be uneven in places.
The Fleece is suited for wheelchair access with a dedicated managed DISABLED AREA, to the right of the stage. Although this is NOT a raised platform the view is unobstructed and gives a clear view of the stage.
If you require a place to sit down during the show please speak to the box office, security or bar staff on arrival and they can sort you a barstool in an area that you are comfortable with and have a good view of the stage. Please note that we do have a limited number of stools.
